After last year’s success, S1-4 Gàidhlig pupils are be taking part in a competition to encourage the use of Gaelic across the school. Based on the social media campaign #gaelvember, pupils will each receive a ClassDojo account which they should aim to fill with ‘stamps’ earned for completing tasks which promote the use of Gaelic e.g. creating motivational Gaelic posters, writing a Gaelic social media post, creating a podcast in Gaelic, teaching a friend/family member some Gaelic. Evidence should be presented to a member of the Gaelic department staff to earn a stamp. The pupil with the most stamps at the end of November will receive an Amazon voucher worth £25 and three runners up will each receive £10.

S4 will bring home letters today regarding Parents’ Evening. This will be a virtual meeting on Wednesday 1st December starting at 17.00 – 19.00. Booking is now open, please book early to avoid disappointment as there are limited slots. You will need the main contact details and pupil’s details to log in.

S1/2 Interim Reports have been emailed to pupils in S1/2. Pupils will receive a digital report via their gmail school account.  Please ask your child to share their report with you and discuss their progress.

We have moved to a more efficient digital reporting system which reduces the Covid 19 transmission risk due to handling paper reports.

If you have concerns about your child’s progress please contact their Guidance Teacher by email/phone.
