  • Well done Daniel!

    Published 22/11/24

Daniel Cowan, Vice School Captain, has won the Roger Hoskins Award for Speechmaking!

The event was organised by the Rotary Club, and held at the Craigmonie Hotel on Tuesday evening.

Daniel did an excellent job competing against four other schools (the highest turnout in the last three years). He also put in a lot of hard work preparing and learning his speech, on top of all his school work and other responsibilities.

This is the second time in three years that Inverness Royal Academy has won the award. Thanks to everyone in the English Department who supported Daniel on his way to victory. 👏🏆
