Our Higher Geography class put their creativity (and baking skills!) to the test with a Geography-themed Bake-Off to celebrate the end of term.
A brilliant effort from the pupils, with some incredible cakes showcasing geographical features and themes. A huge thank you to the Home Economics department for helping with the judging.
Congratulations to Charlie Inglis, whose fantastic cake depicting the soil profile of a Podzol took the top prize! π°π±
Learning has never been so delicious!
Some of our CORE pupils have been in Badaguish for a two night residential trip! Beautiful weather βοΈπand lots of adventures. Yesterday they learnt bushcraft and canoeing and finished the day off with a delicious barbecue! πΆπ³π₯. Check out more photos in our Photo Gallery Section.
The Art & Design Department would like to say a massive ‘Thank You’ to our Creative Captain, Olivia Hamkalo. Olivia, who is currently finalising her Advanced Higher Expressive folio, took time out to lead a presentation and talk for prospective Advanced Higher Art & Design students. The opportunity to hear a current candidate speak about their folio work and journey through the AH Art & Design course was of great benefit to those pupils considering the course next year and was much appreciated by all who attended.
As previously notified, the current menu will continue after the Easter holidays. We will be returning on week commencing 21st April to week 1 on the menu.
The menus online here show the additional dates until June.
A reminder that we are taking part in 'Wear A Hat Day' to raise money for Brain Tumour Research tomorrow.
Choose your favourite hat or get creative and make your own!
