Well done to our pupils Mia Williamson, Isla Donald, Gabi Beres, and Charlotte Rose McNeish for representing the school brilliantly at the annual Young Speakers Scotland St Andrew’s Day Debate in Edinburgh yesterday. Charlotte and Gabi debated really challenging motions, from whether mobile phones should be banned in schools to how the UK government should respond to Donald Trump. Congratulations to Isla Donald for being awarded the prize for best pupil judge, and for judging the evening final hosted by the Faculty of Advocates.
