A huge thank you to the Glen Mhor Hotel & Apartments in Inverness for welcoming our Travel & Tourism class for a brilliant hands-on experience recently . Pupils learned how to set a table to professional standard , had a behind-the-scenes tour of the on-site distillery , tried their hand at making mocktails , and even learned the art of housekeeping and bed-making . A fantastic insight into the hospitality industry - and a great day all round!
