A big thank you to the team at Inverness Botanic Gardens for giving our Travel & Tourism class a fantastic hands-on customer service experience today. Pupils got the chance to step behind the counter, whip up fresh cheese scones 🧀🥣, make coffees ☕, and try their hand at KP duties and keeping the café spotless 🧽. They also headed out onto the floor to engage with customers and gather feedback 📝 — plus enjoyed a fantastic tour of the gardens and glasshouses 🌿. A brilliant insight into real-world customer service and visitor experience.
