What a fantastic way to kick off our Highland Hospitality Showcase at Inverness Royal Academy yesterday!

Our morning began with an inspiring introduction from Grace from Ness Walk, who shared her passion for hospitality and her journey to becoming an Acorn Award 30 Under 30 winner and Operations Manager at Ness Walk.

Our pupils then headed into their respective kitchens, where they worked alongside talented chefs to create some incredible canapés. A brilliant opportunity to develop practical skills, try new techniques and get a real taste of working in hospitality!

A huge thank you to Geoff from the Kingsmills Hotel, Kevin from Ness Walk, Duncan from La Tortilla Asesina and Sean from The Lovat Hotel for sharing their time, expertise and enthusiasm with our young people.
