Inverness Royal Academy is introducing a new online school meals payment system called iPayimpact. To continue making online payments for school meals, parents and carers will need to register for the new system.

Once registered, parents and carers will be able to pay for school meals online, check account balances, view recent transactions and see meals chosen by their child. Online payments will normally reach pupil accounts within 10 to 15 minutes.

All existing meal account balances will transfer automatically to the new system.

Before the system goes live, pupils will receive a letter containing the unique reference number needed to register. The letter will also include a new six-digit PIN for use at tills and revaluation machines. Existing PIN numbers will no longer work, so please ensure your child knows their new PIN.

Pupils who use a Young Scot card can continue to use it instead of a PIN.

Parents who prefer not to pay online can continue to add cash to meal accounts using the revaluation machines in school.

Further information, including registration instructions and frequently asked questions, will be issued before the new system goes live.
